The bolshevik communist party openly proclaimed that it is doing everything possible for the defeat of Russia in the war against Germany. The idea was that after the victClick to enlargeory of Germany the difficult times for the people come and in this situation it will be easier for the bolsheviks to come to state power.

He informed that the constitution of the Russian Federation gives a very clear-cut definition of problems that are dealt with solely in the capital of the country by the federal organs, the problems that are to be solved together by Moscow and the autonomous units and all the rest problems are left to be solved in the autonomous units. The religious rights of the ethnicities, their language rights, their mores and customs are fully respected. They can have their special holidays and marry several women if it their custom allow.
