INFORMATION FOR NEPALESE AND OTHER FOREIGN HIGHLY SKILLED SPECIALISTS FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

"In accordance with the Point 20 of the Article 13(2) of the Federal Law No. 86-?? dated 19.05.2010 "On amendments in the Federal Law "on the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation ", a foreign citizen has the right to independently declare himself a highly qualified specialist, with regard to which he/she can approach the Representative office of the Federal authority of the Executive power in the field of migration in the country of citizenship of the given foreign citizen either in the diplomatic mission or consulate of the Russian Federation and submit an application containing the information confirming his work experience, skills or achievements in a given sphere of activity (including those confirming the competence and level of expertise of the foreign citizen, recommendations of persons or organizations) and consent for incorporation of above mentioned information regarding employment of foreign citizens in the database which has been created in accordance with the Article 18.2 of the present Federal Law and for availability of the mentioned information to the potential employers or clients of their services within the territory of the Russian Federation.
