Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal released a book named “ Jiwan Maha Abhiyan “ written  by renowned littérateur and Journalist Madan Mani Dixit at Russian Centre of Science and Culture.
Addressing the welcome speech Director of Russian Centre of Science and Culture Dr Vladimir V Novikov said renowned writer Dixit was a first representative from the Nepal government to visit the then Soviet Union, when Nepal has just linked the relationship to the foreign countries.

He also lauded the works and contribution of Dixit in the Nepal literary society.
Noted litterateur of Nepal, intellectuals, dignitaries, former Minister and government officers were presented in the programme.
Various national television and print media has widely covered the events in the respective channel and dailies.
