2nd Apr 2010, Satarical Programme to mark the 201st Birth Anniversary of Nikolai Gogol
Russian Centre of Science & Culture Kathmandu and Shisnu Pani Nepal jointly organized a satirical programme to mark the 201st birth Anniversary of Nikolai Gogol. The chief guest of the programme was Mr. Pradeep Giri renowned politician. Differtn poets recitedthe satirical poem at that programme.
Seaking at the programme Prof. Dr. Jangab Chauhan said Nikolai Gogol (Russian renowned writer of the 19th century) was a realistic critic writer.
The distinguished guests present in the programme were C. K. Lal, Upendra Mahato, Mitra Lal Pangeni, Ramesh Sharma, Ghan Shyam Dhakal, Dr. Usha Jha and Miss Dlma Chering.
A book named “Samaya Lai Salam” written by Dhirendra Premmaharshi the vice president of Shishnu Pani Nepal was released.
Book exhibition on the work’s of Russian writer Nikolai Gogol was displayed in the library of RCSC.
