Sujan Singh Thapa of Niharika Shisu Kunj School stood first in the inter-school chess competition orgnaised by Russian Center of Science and Culture and Ambition academy to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian Cultural Center.

Similarly Bikesh Prajapati of Niharika Shishu Kunj and the Dipesh of the same school stood second and third prize respectively.
A total of five schools from BhanuBhakta Memorial Higher Secondary School, Ambition Academy, Gyanodaya Bal Batika, Shridiwa Higher Secondary School.
Director of Russian Center of Science and Culture Dr Vladimir V.Novikov presented the medal and certificate of appreciation to the winners.
He also made remarks about the importance of sports for the development of skills and confidence to the students.
Programme coordinator of RCSC and vice principle of Ambition Academy jointly inaugurated the competition.
