4th Sep 2009, Kathmandu says Hello to Moscow
Russian Center of Science & Culture Kathmandu held a gala evening dedicated to the Day of Moscow with a title “Kathmandu says Hello to Moscow” on 4th September 2009.
Director of RCSC Nepal Dr. Vladimir Novikov welcomed the participants and talked about the history of the Capital of Russia and also give brief introduction of present Moscow. During the programme members of the Association of Russian compatriots in Nepal “Ivushka” and few young Nepali artists took part in the concert.
To mark this day, A. Balin, a Russian portraitist drew portraits of the several participants who want to have the memory of the meeting in the RCSC which memorized the famous Arbat street in Moscow.
